Marketing Manager Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage execution of the Organization's marketing strategy; design and implement direct marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy and Company budget;

2. Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to ensure profit growth and expansion of company's products and/or services;

3. Effectively manage relationships and partnerships with both existing and new key corporate partners, clients, suppliers, government and media;

4. Identify growth opportunities through carrying out market research; identifying consumer requirements; defining the market, competitor's share, and forecasting projected business as well as establishing targeted market share;

5. Financial management of the marketing programs including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of periodical reports;

6. Improve marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities;

7. Plan and oversee the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets;

8. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities, their tangible results to ensure achievement of a return on investment;

9. Review the current marketing practices in the organization and continuously enforce commendable industry best practices;

10. Create and maintain consistency of brand across the board whilst working with the internal design team and external agencies as required
